Initial Consultation

Service Description

All new clients will book in for an initial consultation to complete an assessment and contract. We will discuss your needs and goals, agree how often you will have sessions and how you would like sessions to be delivered. The initial consultation lasts approx. 45-60 mins. The initial consultation costs £20, with payment required 24-48 hours prior to the session. The initial consultation will be delivered online (video) or via the telephone. An assessment questionnaire will be sent prior to the appointment for completion.
