Initial Consultation

Service Description

All new clients will book in for an initial consultation to complete an assessment and contract. We will discuss your needs and goals, agree how often you will have sessions and how you would like sessions to be delivered. The initial consultation lasts approx. 45 mins. The initial consultation costs £35. A deposit of £15 is required to secure the booking with the outstanding balance to be paid on the day of your appointment. The initial consultation deposit is refundable if after the consultation either of us decide that counselling sessions with me are not suitable - refund only available up to 2 weeks after session. However if we agree to continue with sessions and the full balance for your consultation is paid and contract signed by you, then regretfully there can be no refund of the deposit if you then change your mind. The initial consultation will be delivered online (video) or via the telephone. An assessment questionnaire will be sent prior to the appointment for completion. We also complete a ‘Core 34’ questionnaire during the session, if you continue with me we then complete a ‘Core 10’ questionnaire every 6 weeks.
